Notice of Membership Fee Adjustment for 2026–2027

Dear APSAD members

As decided by Council after consultation with members at the 2025 AGM held on 11 Nov 2025 in Sydney and online, we wish to inform you that membership fees for the 2026–2027 financial year will increase across all paying categories by approximately 9.5%. This adjustment is due to increased costs and supports the continued delivery of high-quality services, education, credentialling and advocacy for the AOD community across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

Council will continue to review these on an annual basis but aim to keep membership fees affordable and competitive against those of other professional societies.

Membership costs were last increased in:

• 2017 from $200 to $210
• 2009 from $190 to $200
